This Privacy Policy applies to all software scripting tools, dedicated cloud VPS provisioning, Server AMC maintenance, and digital infrastructure services provided by Algo Software Innovations (Registered Address: 01, B. U. Bhandari, S/N8/1/1A, Dighi Pune 411015, Maharashtra, India), operating under Information Technology Service Accounting Code (SAC) 998314. We are committed to protecting the privacy, confidentiality, and data sovereignty of our clients in accordance with the Information Technology Act, 2000, and the Information Technology (Reasonable Security Practices and Procedures and Sensitive Personal Data or Information) Rules, 2011.

2. Zero Central Credential Storage Architecture (Trading Keys & TOTP)

The defining pillar of our engineering security model is Zero Central Credential Retention:

• Local VPS Isolation: All Broker API Keys, API Secret Tokens, Client IDs, PINs, and Time-based One-Time Password (TOTP) seeds entered by the client reside strictly inside the client’s dedicated, isolated Cloud VPS instance.
• Zero Web Server Logging: Our central public website, database servers, and marketing panels never touch, parse, intercept, transmit, or store your trading credentials.
• Direct Broker Socket Communication: When your algorithmic script executes on your VPS, it establishes a direct, encrypted TLS/SSL websocket or REST connection with your broker’s official API server (Zerodha, Angel One, Dhan, Fyers, Upstox, etc.). No intermediary server routes your order data.

3. Information We Collect (Account & IT Billing Only)

We collect only the minimum necessary business contact details required to establish your client account, issue GST/IT compliant invoices under SAC 998314, and provision your dedicated VPS node:

• Contact Information: Full Name, Email Address, WhatsApp/Phone Number.
• Billing & Invoicing Details: Business/Personal Name, State, PIN code, and GSTIN (if applicable for B2B input credit).
• Server Provisioning Specs: Static IPv4 address allocations, VPS root/user SSH keys for server setup, and domain name mappings.

4. Server Access, Maintenance & VAPT Security

Our engineers access your provisioned cloud server exclusively for initial setup, operating system hardening, SSL certificate installation, PM2 daemon configuration, and scheduled Server AMC / VAPT security audits. Clients have the sovereign right to regenerate their VPS root credentials and broker API tokens at any time, instantly revoking external access.
